About the position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Craft and execute sales strategies that target enterprise-level clients and strategic sponsors. Focus on long-term partnership growth with plans that align with the client’s business objectives and our revenue goals.

  • Proactively Identify and Secure Opportunities: Seek out and engage with high-value enterprise clients. Utilize networking, strategic outreach, and relationship-building skills to develop a strong pipeline of key accounts.

  • Manage and Nurture the Entire Sales Cycle: Oversee all stages of the sales process, from initial engagement to deal closure and beyond. Maintain continuous communication with clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and high satisfaction levels.

  • Present and Demonstrate Strategic Value: Clearly articulate the value of Techarenan’s offerings, focusing on how our solutions address the specific, complex needs of enterprise clients. Customize presentations and proposals to align with client priorities and strategic goals.

  • Lead Negotiations and Close High-Impact Deals: Take charge of complex negotiations with enterprise clients, structuring deals that drive mutual value. Ensure that agreements are tailored to long-term partnerships and align with both client and company objectives.

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing top-tier service and support. Anticipate and resolve issues proactively and continuously work to strengthen client relationships.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure you are fully informed on all offerings. Leverage cross-functional insights to enhance client proposals and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and Present Strategic Reports: Generate detailed reports and forecasts on sales performance, client activity, and market trends. Provide strategic insights to management, helping shape the future direction of enterprise sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience in Enterprise Sales: Proven experience managing large, complex accounts in the tech industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep Understanding of Enterprise Sales Cycles: Expertise in navigating longer, multifaceted sales cycles and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
