Since their launch in 2020, AirForestry has grown to more than 20 employees.

Seitan is a sustainable alternative to meat and is made of Swedish wheat. The company sells to both consumers and food service. Their “meat” is made through a sustainable process where there’s no waste, and all the water used is left in the products.
